Mountain Yoga Directions

We are located in Montclair Village in Oakland, California. Montclair Village is a friendly, vibrant neighborhood featuring easy freeway access, public parking, and lots of shops, restaurants, and cafés.

Directions from Bay Bridge/Interstate 80:

1. Follow 580 East to 24 East

2. Follow 24 East to 13 South (Hayward exit).

3. Take 13 South to Thornhill Exit (after Broadway Terrace Exit)

4. Take Thornhill exit ramp to light, turn left onto Thornhill.

5. Take first right onto Mountain Blvd.

6. Follow Mountain a few blocks into the business district.

7. You will come to an intersection where there is a wrong way sign if you go straight and where Mountain bears to the right. The one-way street is called Antioch Court, i.e. Antioch Court is a one-block extension of Mountain Blvd where Mountain bears right and Antioch Court continues straight. We are at 2071 Antioch Court, Suite 100. The entrance is next to the Grinder shop, across the street from Peet's Coffee.

Directions from east of the Caldecott Tunnel (Orinda, Walnut Creek, et al):

1. Take 24 West through the Caldecott Tunnel. Get in the right lane because the exit is just a bit past the tunnel.

2. Do not take the 13 North (Berkeley) Exit.

3. Take the 13 South (Hayward) Exit.

4. Take 13 South to Thornhill Exit (after Broadway Terrace Exit)

5. Take Thornhill exit ramp to light, turn left onto Thornhill.

6. Take first right onto Mountain Blvd.

7. Follow Mountain a few blocks into the business district.

Parking tips. At certain hours street parking can be tight in Montclair Village. There is a public garage on LaSalle near Mountain. The cost is $1.25 an hour. Street parking is easier to find two or three blocks from the studio.
